I based the nutrition off of store-bought frozen crust… But choose your favorite or make your own.

How to Make a Healthy Breakfast Quiche

This low calorie quiche recipe is so easy to make, it only takes 30 minutes (including bake time!)

Depending on your pie crust, you may need to prep it by baking before hand… But you can easily do this as you prep the quiche ingredients.

How to Make The Best Spinach Quiche Recipe:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. (If the pie crust needs to be pre-baked, complete as well)
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium high heat. Spray with olive oil and add the spinach. Cook until wilted (about 3 minutes).
  3. Meanwhile, to a large bowl add eggs, almond milk, salt and pepper. Whisk well.
  4. Add the wilted spinach, sun dried tomatoes, and 1/2 of the cheese to the pie crust.
  5. Pour over the egg mixture, and sprinkle the top with the remaining cheese.
  6. Add to the hot oven and bake for 20-25 minutes until crust is golden brown and the eggs are set.
  7. Remove from the oven and let sit for 10 minutes before slicing.
