Stocks and cleans its own beverage cart throughout the day.
Confirms beverage cart is fully operational before starting rounds on the course.
Serves food and beverage items to members while on the course.
Job Duties:
Drives food and beverage cart around the golf course.
Takes orders from guests.
Receives signatures from members.
Serves food and drinks utilizing appropriate food/drink handling techniques.
Checks IDs of guests purchasing alcoholic beverages.
Uses TIPs certification practices for alcoholic beverage service.
Responds to any safety situation in accordance with policies and procedures.
Promptly reports any concerns to management.
This includes unruly people demonstrating questionable behavior.
Performs other tasks or projects as assigned by management.
Always maintains a professional demeanor with everyone.
Embodies the mission, vision, and values of the department.
Qualifications -Must be able to meet state age requirements to serve alcohol -High school or equivalent -Two years of Bartending experience -Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language -Basic math skills -Minimum two years of experience in food and beverage -Must be able to work independently in a fast-paced, outdoor environment -Ability to handle one-on-one guest interaction -RBS Certification is required.
-A Food Handlers Card is required.
